Reservations & Cancellations: (top)
Spa Reservations can be made Monday-Saturday (We are closed on Sundays). We do take your credit card information down to secure the appointment and only charge the card in the event you neglect to attend your appointment. To ensure your desired reservation time, we recommend that you reserve your next service before leaving the spa. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another guest. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time - if we do not receive your cancellation notification we will have to charge for the full price of the service reserved. We also, reserve the right to refuse service. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

To receive the most out of your scheduled service, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to allow for us to prepare you for your service. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your appointment time or reschedule your service.
How Often And Why Should I Schedule A Facial: (top)
As much as we consider facials a pampering luxury, to receive the optimum benefit from a treatment, consistency is the key. Regular facials are a primary ingredient in fighting the aging process as they detoxify your face of dead skin cells and commodones. Facials re-hydrate dry skin and help control oil productivity for oilier complexions. If you water your plants they bloom and flourish, if you neglect the "garden" it well...you know. It's the same principle with our faces so we recommend a client return every 4 to 6 weeks which coincides with the rate at which our skin cells shed and turn themselves over. But based on you finances and schedule do what is best for you. Any facial is better then no facial at all!

All skin care products are fully guaranteed by the spa. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise accompanied by your receipt within 14 days for full in-store credit. However if you purchase a product as a result of a sample you have been given to try by your skincare or massage therapist those sales are final.

Due to the peaceful, serene, and relaxing nature of our facility, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children in to the day spa unless they have a scheduled "Teen or Tween" appointment at Pampered People.
Cell Phones And Pagers: (top)
Out of respect and consideration for our other spa guests and to ensure your relaxation and serenity, we ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones and pagers during your visit.

Please keep valuables with you at all times. Pampered People is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

We accept U.S. currency, Master Card and Visa. Personal checks are accepted only when accompanied by a drivers license.
Facilities: (top)
The spa does offer lockers, spa wraps, robes and sandals. There is a shower to rise off and/or warm up before your facial, wax or massage. There are two gardens to sit, read and relax in before or after your treatments and spa water, fruit and nuts to nibble if hungry.
